Rules & Regulations
These rules are designed to keep The District a safe and enjoyable environment for all our Guests.
- Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older. The Guest 16 years of age or older must present a valid State/Federal issued photo ID.
The person who is 16 years of age or older can accompany a maximum of five underage Guests provided they remain under their control at all times.
The District Associates are not responsible for supervision of children. - Outside foods or beverages are prohibited.
- No running.
- Smoking (including vaping) or use of other tobacco is permitted in designated areas only.
- The District and its Associates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Destruction of any property within The District premises is strictly prohibited.
- Anyone asked to leave will not receive a refund.
- These rules are in place to ensure the integrity of The District. Guests not adhering to the rules may not be admitted back into The District.
- Weapons or illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Backpacks are not permitted in The District area.
- Rules and hours are subject to change at Management's discretion.
- Premises are under surveillance at all times. All Guests must vacate the premises when requested by Management, Security and/or Tribal Law Enforcement.
- The "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service" policy will be enforced in The District and food service areas.
- All alcoholic beverages sold within The District or Casino are prohibited from leaving the premises.
- Adults 21 or over who purchase alcohol are required to retain possession of their beverages to prevent consumption from minors.
- Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats and other items which may conceal prohibited items are subject to search by Management or Security.
- If you see an unattended package, please contact The District Management immediately.
- The District reserves the right to refuse service to any Guest. Reasons may include, but not limited to: loitering, solicitation, failure to comply with staff instructions, criminal activity, cheating, offensive language, obscene gestures, threats, fights or harassment toward another Guest or an Associate.
